By clicking &#8220;order with obligation to pay&#8221; you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a7 3 Prices and Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n<p>All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Details can be found in our <a href=\"\/en\/shipping-methods\/\">shipping terms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a7 6 Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>Consumers have a right of withdrawal (see the separate <a href=\"https:\/\/canefwd.duxvu.com\/en\/right-of-withdrawal\/\">withdrawal policy<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a7 7 Warranty<\/h2>\n<p>The statutory warranty rights apply.<\/p>\n<h2>Taste Guarantee for Trial Boxes<\/h2>\n<p>The taste guarantee applies exclusively to first orders by new customers and only to purchased trial boxes (100 g pouches) and to sets explicitly labelled as trial boxes.<\/p>\n<p>If your pet does not take to the food, we will refund the purchase price of the respective trial box without requiring the return of the goods. A valid proof of purchase is required.<\/p>\n<p>The guarantee can be redeemed at most once per household and product. The refund is issued exclusively as credit on the customer account or as a voucher; payment in cash or to the original payment method is excluded.
