2. Hosting

The website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG (Germany/EU). A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the provider.

3. Server Log Files

When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date/time, browser type). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Cookies / Consent

We only use non-essential cookies (statistics, marketing) with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Orders and Customer Account (WooCommerce)

To fulfil the contract, we process your name, address, email address, and order data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).

6. Payment Service Providers

PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, EPS, and SEPA direct debit. Data is passed on to the respective provider for payment processing; details can be found in their privacy policies.

7. Newsletter

Newsletters are sent only with your consent (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter. Tool: Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH); a DPA is in place.

8. Bonus/Loyalty Programme and App

If you participate, we process account data, points balance, vouchers, and voluntary information about your pet (name, species, birthday, profile photo). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(a) GDPR.

9. Your Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Austria: Datenschutzbehörde; Germany: the competent state authority). Erasure also covers loyalty data and data about your pet.
