We ship our products to Germany and Austria. Shipping is handled by our shipping partner, and processing usually takes 2–3 working days.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Options
- Standard Austria — €3.99 — approx. 5–7 working days
- Standard Germany — €4.90 — approx. 5–7 working days
- Express Austria — €15 — approx. 3 working days
- Free shipping (DE + AT) — from €47 order value — standard delivery time
Shipping to Switzerland is currently in preparation.
3. Delivery Times
Standard shipping: approx. 5–7 working days. Express shipping: approx. 3 working days. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external circumstances (e.g. customs clearance) are beyond our control.
4. Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow the status of your order at any time.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at office@canefelis.at. For damaged goods, please send us photos of the items and the packaging. If your shipment has not arrived after 14 days, please get in touch — we will check the status and, if necessary, send a replacement or refund the purchase price.
