Withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EKJ GmbH, Siezenheimer Str. 40, 5020 Salzburg, Austria; office@canefelis.at; +43 660 7672305) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). You may use the model form below.

Consequences of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions for Food and Hygiene Products

The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed or damaged after delivery (e.g. opened food). For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot take back opened food products.

Voluntary Return Policy (30 days goodwill)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return option within 30 days for unopened, unused items with the original seal intact, in the original packaging, upon presentation of proof of purchase. Please announce the return in advance at office@canefelis.at. Return address: Siezenheimer Str. 40, 5020 Salzburg, Austria.

Refunds

We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected the returned goods. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the payment method originally used. Processing by your bank may take additional time.

Damage and Problems

Please check your shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, so we can resolve the problem quickly.
