General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

§ 1 Scope and Seller

These terms apply to all orders placed via canefelis.com. Seller: EKJ GmbH (Canefelis brand), Siezenheimer Str. 40, 5020 Salzburg, Austria.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking “order with obligation to pay” you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Free shipping on orders over €47 to Germany and Austria.

§ 4 Payment

Payment methods: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, EPS, and SEPA direct debit. The due date depends on the selected payment method.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery to Germany and Austria. Delivery time: approx. 5–7 working days (Express approx. 3 working days). Details can be found in our shipping terms.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal (see the separate withdrawal policy).

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

Taste Guarantee for Trial Boxes

The taste guarantee applies exclusively to first orders by new customers and only to purchased trial boxes (100 g pouches) and to sets explicitly labelled as trial boxes.

If your pet does not take to the food, we will refund the purchase price of the respective trial box without requiring the return of the goods. A valid proof of purchase is required.

The guarantee can be redeemed at most once per household and product. The refund is issued exclusively as credit on the customer account or as a voucher; payment in cash or to the original payment method is excluded. It is non-transferable and does not apply to regular sizes, repeat orders, or subsequent purchases.

§ 8 Dispute Resolution

EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 9 Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

§ 10 Applicable Law

The law of the Republic of Austria applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
